Our sliding base is a unique solution to a common problem in a mobile office and answers the question, "How do you keep the chair secured while the vehicle is being driven?" While others have resorted to bolting the chair directly to the floor or using bungee cords, we saw an opportunity to create something new, useful and valuable for the mobile professional.
The sliding base is comprised of a steel jury base bolted to a pair of “seat sliders”. These sliders are similar to what you would see under the front seat of any passenger vehicle. When the sliders are unlocked by pulling up on the handle, the base can be moved toward and away from the desk. This allows the user to find the ideal ergonomic seating position. When the handle is released, the seat sliders automatically lock into place.
Let’s face it, not every location is going to have a perfectly level place to park your mobile office. Our sliding base will keep you comfortably at your workstation so you can get your work done.

Shipping & Delivery
Due to the size of the Mobile Offices, they ship freight and take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. All freight orders require a scheduling call with our team to ensure proper delivery in a timely manner. An Ergonomic Solutions DBA Gonomix team member will contact you for details once an order is received. Depending on the options and accessories chosen, you may receive additional deliveries via package carriers.
Accessory orders typically ship within one (1) business day of receipt of the order via traditional package carriers (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, etc.) Many in stock items may ship sooner. Exceptions include:
Shipments can only be made to a physical address. We cannot ship to PO boxes or government APO addresses. For special delivery accommodation, please contact us at orders@gonomix.com.
All items are covered by a warranty as specified by the original manufacturer. Should you experience any problems due to improper workmanship or material defects, please contact the manufacturer to arrange for repair or replacement. Gonomix does not provide any warranty beyond that stated by the original manufacturer nor do we make any claims that any product supplied by us will necessarily relieve or reduce a particular problem that you are experiencing.
