Returns (Eligibility & Timeframe)
Eligible mobile office and accessory items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
All returns require approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before items are shipped back.
To request a return and RMA email orders@gonomix.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns shipped without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in “as-new” condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Please include all manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and packing materials.
Items that are used, missing components, or not returned in original packaging may be ineligible for a refund.
Return Shipping & Transit
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we confirm a return is due to an error on our part.
Gonomix is not responsible for damage that occurs during return transit.
Freight Returns (Mobile Offices & Large Items)
Mobile office units and other large items must be returned by freight and require coordination with Gonomix.
Before booking a carrier, email orders@gonomix.com. We will provide your RMA plus freight return instructions and scheduling guidance.
Freight returns must not be scheduled independently before confirming details with our team.
For freight deliveries, please visually inspect items at delivery and report any visible damage right away so we can assist.
Return freight charges are your responsibility.

After your approved return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refund timing can vary by payment provider; refunds are typically processed within 30 days after the return is received.
