Shipping Policy  

This Shipping Policy describes how Gonomix processes and delivers orders placed on our online store. Shipping timelines and costs depend on the item(s) ordered and your delivery location. Unless otherwise noted, this policy applies to shipping within the contiguous forty-eight (48) U.S. states. 

 

Processing Times 

  • In-stock accessories and small items from our Illinois warehouse typically ship within 1–3 business days. 
  • Partner/manufacturer-direct items typically ship within 7–10 business days (see the individual product page(s) for item-specific details).
  • Special-order and non-stock items ship based on manufacturer availability. If available, we will provide an estimated ship timeframe after purchase.
  • Holiday Shipping Exceptions - Please note that delivery timelines may be longer during federal holidays or high-volume seasons. Freight and package carriers may adjust pickup and delivery schedules, which can extend standard shipping times. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders early.

 

Shipping Methods & Tracking 

  • Small items ship via standard parcel carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
  • Large items (including VanGo Mobile Offices) ship via freight.
  • When your order ships, you will receive tracking information (when available for the shipment type).
  • Freight orders require a delivery appointment; a Gonomix team member will contact you to schedule delivery. 

 

Freight Delivery (Large Items) 

  • In-stock freight orders typically ship within 7–10 business days; transit time varies by destination.
  • The delivery location must be accessible by a semi-truck.
  • If your location does not have a loading dock and/or forklift, liftgate service will be required and will incur an additional charge.
  • Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged.
  • Accessories and small items may ship separately via parcel carrier. 

 

Shipping Rates, Free Shipping & Restrictions 

  • Shipping is included on orders over $199 (individual product quotes are excluded).
  • Discounts cannot be combined with special, fleet, or corporate pricing.
  • Bulk and volume orders may affect shipping costs.
  • If you need expedited shipping or want to use your own freight carrier, email orders@gonomix.com before placing an order. 

 

Shipping Address Requirements 

  • Orders must ship to a physical street address.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
  • For special delivery needs, email orders@gonomix.com before ordering. 

 

Freight Inspection & Damage Claims 

  • Inspect freight deliveries at the time of delivery.
  • If you see damage to the packaging or product, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take photos whenever possible.
  • Report damage to orders@gonomix.com within three (3) business days of delivery. Late reports may limit our ability to provide replacements without additional cost. 

 

Alaska, Hawaii & International Shipping 

  • Most products ship within the contiguous United States.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and select international destinations may be available on a case-by-case basis.
  • Email orders@gonomix.com for approval and a shipping quote before ordering.
  • International orders: freight charges must be prepaid; customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage services.

Return Policy  

We want you to love your Gonomix purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please review the details below to understand what is eligible for return and how to start a return request. 

 

Returns (Eligibility & Timeframe) 

  • Eligible mobile office and accessory items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • All returns require approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before items are shipped back.
  • To request a return and RMA email orders@gonomix.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Returns shipped without an approved RMA will not be accepted. 

 

Return Conditions 

  • Items must be returned in “as-new” condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Please include all manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and packing materials.
  • Items that are used, missing components, or not returned in original packaging may be ineligible for a refund. 

 

Return Shipping & Transit 

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we confirm a return is due to an error on our part.
  • Gonomix is not responsible for damage that occurs during return transit. 

 

Freight Returns (Mobile Offices & Large Items) 

  • Mobile office units and other large items must be returned by freight and require coordination with Gonomix.
  • Before booking a carrier, email orders@gonomix.com. We will provide your RMA plus freight return instructions and scheduling guidance.
  • Freight returns must not be scheduled independently before confirming details with our team.
  • For freight deliveries, please visually inspect items at delivery and report any visible damage right away so we can assist.
  • Return freight charges are your responsibility. 

 

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items 

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Special order items
  • Customized products (including chairs) 

 

Refunds 

  • After your approved return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refund timing can vary by payment provider; refunds are typically processed within 30 days after the return is received.
