Your mobile office chair is equipped with an auto-return cylinder which prevents the chair from spinning while the vehicle is in motion and will return the chair position to forward when you sit up from the chair.

Chair Height Adjustment (Pneumatic Lift) To raise the seat, lift your weight off the seat and pull up on the front lever. To lower the seat, lift up on the lever while you are seated; release the lever when the seat reaches the desired height.
Tilting Backrest The backrest tilting angle can be adjusted with the back lever. Hold up the backrest tilting lever until the desired position is reached then press the lever to lock it into place.
Back Height Adjustment Adjust the height of the backrest by placing one hand on each side of the backrest. Lift and click into place. To return the backrest to the bottom height position, lift the backrest all the way to the top and slide it down.

This chair does not come with a 5-Star base. It can only be used with the VanGo 801, VanGo 800, VanGo 610, and VanGo 611 mobile offices.

Ergonomic Solutions DBA Gonomix works with premier suppliers and manufacturers around the country to provide the highest quality items at the best prices. When possible, products are bundled together to reduce the number of shipments and shipping costs.

Shipping & Delivery

Due to the size of the Mobile Offices, they ship freight and take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. All freight orders require a scheduling call with our team to ensure proper delivery in a timely manner. An Ergonomic Solutions DBA Gonomix team member will contact you for details once an order is received. Depending on the options and accessories chosen, you may receive additional deliveries via package carriers.

Accessory orders typically ship within one (1) business day of receipt of the order via traditional package carriers (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, etc.) Many in stock items may ship sooner. Exceptions include:

Special order and non-stock items are dependent on manufacturer availability, and
Ergonomic chairs ship ten (10) business days after an order is placed.

Shipments can only be made to a physical address. We cannot ship to PO boxes or government APO addresses. For special delivery accommodation, please contact us at orders@gonomix.com.

Warranty

Accessory Product Warranties

All items are covered by a warranty as specified by the original manufacturer. Should you experience any problems due to improper workmanship or material defects, please contact the manufacturer to arrange for repair or replacement. Gonomix does not provide any warranty beyond that stated by the original manufacturer nor do we make any claims that any product supplied by us will necessarily relieve or reduce a particular problem that you are experiencing.

Products supplied by us are not health care products or medical aids and are not offered as such. We strongly urge you to consult with your medical advisor before, during and after purchase if you are experiencing any health or medical concerns.

Mobile Office Warranties

Gonomix hereby warrants all its Mobile Office products, which are manufactured, and sold by Gonomix, against defects and functional failure of materials. These warranties shall not apply to any products which must be replaced because of normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse or accident, shipping damage, or product use other than in accordance with written instructions and warnings. Gonomix makes no warranty that any of its products are suitable for any particular purpose and makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. In no event shall Gonomix be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This warranty is based on product usage during an eight-hour workday.

Warranty Claims

Gonomix will repair or replace any product or materials covered by this warranty found to be defective or inferior within the warranted period. This warranty does not include the cost of labor and shipping. Claims are to be made directly to Gonomix or to the authorized representative from whom the product was purchased. Products or materials for which a claim has been made must be made available for inspection by an authorized Gonomix representative.

Limit of Warranty

These warranties shall be valid only during the term of these warranties; and while the products herein warranted are in the possession of the original purchaser. The original purchaser shall mean the party which first purchased the products for its own use whether from Gonomix or an authorized Gonomix representative.
