Accessory Product Warranties 

All items are covered by a warranty as specified by the original manufacturer. Should you experience any problems due to improper workmanship or material defects, please contact the manufacturer to arrange for repair or replacement. Gonomix does not provide any warranty beyond that stated by the original manufacturer nor do we make any claims that any product supplied by us will necessarily relieve or reduce a particular problem that you are experiencing.

Products supplied by us are not health care products or medical aids and are not offered as such. We strongly urge you to consult with your medical advisor before, during and after purchase if you are experiencing any health or medical concerns. 

Mobile Office Warranties 

Gonomix hereby warrants all its Mobile Office products, which are manufactured, and sold by Gonomix, against defects and functional failure of materials. These warranties shall not apply to any products which must be replaced because of normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse or accident, shipping damage, or product use other than in accordance with written instructions and warnings. Gonomix makes no warranty that any of its products are suitable for any particular purpose and makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. In no event shall Gonomix be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This warranty is based on product usage during an eight-hour workday. 

Warranty Claims 

Gonomix will repair or replace any product or materials covered by this warranty found to be defective or inferior within the warranted period. This warranty does not include the cost of labor and shipping. Claims are to be made directly to Gonomix or to the authorized representative from whom the product was purchased. Products or materials for which a claim has been made must be made available for inspection by an authorized Gonomix representative. 

Limit of Warranty 

These warranties shall be valid only during the term of these warranties; and while the products herein warranted are in the possession of the original purchaser. The original purchaser shall mean the party which first purchased the products for its own use whether from Gonomix or an authorized Gonomix representative. 

VanGo Desks – 600 and 800 Series 

1 year on all drawer components, adjustable tray, and seat assembly  

3 years on slatwall assembly  

5 years on desktop, front panels, and side panels

7 years on desk frame 

CrewGo 100 Series and CarGo 300 Series Desks 

1 year on all drawer components and laptop arm assembly

5 years on desktop, (front panels, and side panels - CrewGo only)

7 years on desk frame
